How Anam pricing treats idle session time
Anam bills from session start to session end, measured by the second. The clock keeps running while the user speaks, while the avatar responds, and while the connected session sits idle. A ten-minute browser session therefore consumes ten minutes even if only four minutes contain speech.
That changes the cost model. Picture a support assistant left open in another tab: the persona isn’t talking, but the session is still connected. Set spend caps and end abandoned sessions in code.
