The architecture review should include skills the company must retain. A custom ACE stack may need GPU optimization, CUDA knowledge, engine and character pipelines, blendshape or rig mapping, model evaluation, container or device deployment, and performance profiling. Not the best fit
Spatius may be too opinionated for a team building a proprietary character renderer or deeply customized game pipeline. NVIDIA ACE may be excessive for a product team seeking a dependable avatar API with a bounded integration. Neither is a complete business agent by default: application logic, data, tools, safety, analytics, and operations still need explicit owners.
