What's your pricing model?
We offer three tiers — Free, Starter, and Scale — plus a custom Enterprise plan. All paid plans include a monthly credit allocation and support both monthly and annual billing.
What happens to my Credits if I don't use them all?
Subscription Credits reset every billing cycle and do not roll over. Credits purchased separately or granted by the team are permanent — they carry over month to month and are never reset.
Can I upgrade my plan mid-cycle?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time. Stripe automatically calculates the prorated difference based on days remaining in your cycle — you only pay the net difference, not the full new plan price.
What is Auto-reload and how does it work?
Auto-reload automatically purchases additional Credits when your balance drops below a set threshold, so your service never gets interrupted. This feature is only available on paid plans through Stripe.
How are concurrent sessions and session length limited?
Each plan has a maximum concurrent connection limit and a per-session time cap. Free users get 2 concurrent sessions up to 10 minutes' per session interaction. Scale users get up to 40 concurrent sessions and no per-session time cap. Enterprise limits are fully customizable.
How is Avatar generation billed separately from Credits?
Avatar generation uses a separate quota system, independent of your Credit balance. Currently, the feature is under beta test and quota is granted by our team. If a generation fails, your quota is automatically returned. Contact us to request avatar generation access.
