Common questions
What's your pricing model?
We offer six tiers — Free, Starter, Builder, Growth, Scale, and a custom Enterprise plan. All paid plans include a monthly credit allocation and support both monthly and annual billing (annual saves ~20%).
What happens to my Credits if I don't use them all?
Subscription Credits reset every billing cycle and do not roll over. Credits purchased separately or granted by the team are permanent — they carry over month to month and are never reset while your account is active.
Can I upgrade my plan mid-cycle?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time. Stripe automatically calculates the prorated difference based on days remaining in your cycle — you only pay the net difference, not the full new plan price.
What is Auto-reload and how does it work?
Auto-reload automatically purchases additional Credits when your balance drops below a set threshold, so your service never gets interrupted. This feature is only available on paid plans through Stripe.
How are concurrent sessions and session length limited?
Each plan has a maximum concurrent connection limit and a per-session time cap. Free: 2 concurrent / 10 min. Starter: 4 concurrent / 30 min. Builder: 8 concurrent / 60 min. Growth: 22 concurrent / 120 min. Scale: 40 concurrent / unlimited. Enterprise limits are fully customizable.
How does Avatar creation work across plans?
Avatar creation uses a separate quota system independent of your Credit balance. Free: register company info to unlock 1 one-time creation. Paid plans include a monthly creation allowance (Starter: 2, Builder: 4, Growth: 14, Scale: 40) plus dedicated avatar slots. If a generation fails, your quota is automatically returned. Enterprise includes Avatar Creation API access.
